parts that come with a turbo?
i want to go turbo soon (i have a 2000 es) and i would like to buy all the parts seperate because my friends tell me buying the parts seperate will cost less in the long run but im not 100% on every part i will need to buy. i know most of them but minor parts im wondering about. can anyone give me a link to a site that might tell me all the parts needed for a turbo or can someone tell me from there personal knowledge?
1. turbo +manifold+ down pipe
2. Waste gate (some turbo already have them built in)
3. Blow of valve
4. inter cooler + piping( not really needed but stupid not too have)
now for the feul system you have a couple of options here but the simplest and easiest too tune is return line system
1. feul pump ( if you get internal feul pump you have too dissable the stock regulater)
2. return line ( all this is. Is a line that runs from the feul rail too the feul tank you also have a couple(2) of options on how too get it back into the tank)
3. Raising rate feul pressure regulater/rrfpr (the rate is dependant on how much boost you wanna run and what size enjecter you get)
4. Fpr (feul presure regulater) some of the nicer rrfpr's has this built in.(ok since you disabled the stock regulater you want some thing too control the feul at idle so you dont drown the car when you are not in boost)
5. last but not least enjecters
then there is gauges and oil lines and million little thing but I think I got most of it covered
