Hey guys/gals,

I have a 2000 Dodge Neon that has a dashborad issue, it sounds like it is cracking and poping when I go over bumps, just wonder if there is anything I can do about it. I can slightly lift up on the dash and hear it crack, as the 2005 I test drove seemed to have rubber under it, so my question:

Can I use a upperdash from a 2005 Neon? I have test driven them and they seem to made from a slightly different material (more rubber feel??) Just wondering if that would work or are the clips/ assembly different between the years?

If not are there any other fixes and how?
