Im investigating the amount of work its going to take to put a mtx in my 00 Neon. I want to put in a 03 or later mtx tranny since they have lower first gear and tighter gaps. The problem is that the 03+ trannies have hydraulic clutches and the ones that came in the 00s were set up for wire. So has anyone ever put a hydraulic clutch in a 00 Neon and if so what modifications did you have to make? Im asking all over the place for this and no one seems to have an answer.
