I am getting ready to put a stereo system in my 2004 Neon R/T and I need to know how to get the dash plate off of it. I am talking about the plate that surrounds the radio and heat controls. It looks like it just pops off, but I want to kow for sure before I break it. I also need to know how the seat back comes off, it has the split fold down seats. any helpwould be appreciated.

 

remove the center vents out of the cover. Use a small screw driver, they pop out moving them right to left. Or left to right. There are two screws behind them that hold the cover in. Pull the **** off of the heater controls and then it will snap off.

Bottom part of the seat just pulls up. Then you need some torx bits (i think a t55 to undo the seatbelts) in order to pull the folding portion of the seats out.
