Default Trouble code 1495

Anyone know where the "LDP" leak detection pump soleniod circuit is located??? Is it on the tranny??...I'm getting code 1495...It's an 01 NEON ES 2.0liter. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like evaporative emissions gear.

that is a code for the leak detection pump for the evaproative emissions system. the first thing you need to check is the lines and hoses that the system uses. Check all vaccum lines in the engine compartment and any rubber hoses underneath the car. If you see any that are cracked or completely split, replace them. the leak detection pump is located underneath the car by the rear suspension. Ususally when this code comes up the LDP must be replace, or there is a significant vaccum leak in the system. I attached the instructions that chrysler gives to remove the LDP. REMOVAL
Raise and support vehicle on a hoist.
Push locking tab on electrical connector to unlock and remove connector.
loosen the sway bar bracket to remove the pump bracket.
Remove pump and bracket as an assembly.
Disconnect lines from LDP.
Remove filter.
Remove pump from bracket
