guys i'm new on the block and just have two questions. i own a 2000 neon es and the word fuse keeps flashing on the odometer, the door open indicator won't go off and the cabin light stays on .i had to take the bulb out. does anyone know what's up?the other question i got is that this is a highline care, i got cruise and the alloy wheels but no power windows and mirrors. why?

 

hey fuse would mean you have a blow fuse the fuses are located on the left side of the dash that goes up against the door.

 

i checked all fuses and they are fine and replaced two blown fuses
