Well it depends on how much vibration you can handle and money you want to spend. If you want to go all out get some dogbones, those new Boomba ones look great. if you just want to do inserts get Prothane Race Inserts. These rock. But make sure to do the trans mount inserts from PolyBushings. You can get them from Vitor at NeonGoodies.com.
Leaving off the trans mount I found much more vibration like it is overloading the transmount as the weak link.

Couple of routes, 1 stay stock and just get upgraded pads and rotors for the front. Or move over to an SRT4 setup discs around.
If you stay stock and get slotted rotors they may not be as efective cold as stock rotors so you may loose braking under some situations. If you do autocross drive on track theyare great as they warm up they vent better and reduce brake fade. For daily use max braking woulod be to goto the SRT4 setup with maybe more agressive pads and stainless brake lines.
