Default 2001 Body & Suspenion question

I just got a 2001 Neon SE, and first off, I hate cars as slow as Neons are factory. This car wasn't exactly my choice to but oh well, I have it. SSSOOOOO, I've desided to put my 2 cents into it and make it a little speed demon!!!!

Coming to my question, I was wondering if body mods (kits, fenders, ect.) could fit from say a 2003 or 2004 on my 2001? The body looks similar since they are in the same generation, but could those newer body parts fit on mine?

Secondly, same question, but with suspension and chassis parts. Would 2003+ suspension and chassis parts fit on my 2001?

Thanks for you time.

The 00-05 Neons are exactly the same except for the front bumper/headlights, rear bumper/tail lights, and some interior stuff. The PCM's are also totally different and use much different sensors and ECU components. Anything for the body of an 03-05 will work for the 00-02, you'll just have to replace either the head lights or tail lights. Any performnce parts, such as suspension, or engine components, are universal between the five model years.

What do you have an auto or a manual transmission? The autos are way slower from the factory[&:]
