RE: How big of a shot?
I know a couple of guys at the local track who run a 75-100 shot with a NMM with no problems at all.

In responce to camlen1098, yes, TURBO is much safer than Nitrous Oxide. It doesn't require much knowledge to have and maintain a turbo compaired to No2.

BUT!!!!!! As I say: "Before anyone mods (or races and such....) the most VITAL element that is needed is.......KNOWLEDGE!!!!!!!!!!!

So please!!! Learn. Learn about Turbos and No2, and even other things before you start proding at ur car. It will help you in the long run. And yeah, Hahn RaceCraft does have a nice turbo for ur car.

tzauto.....im sure those ppl know what they are doing. And if they DON't have the nessesary mods to run that kind of NO2, then I would keep watching them......cuz their engines will POP like Michel Jackson watchn Seasame Street!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes one of them is my brother. The NMM adds NOS progresivly and not all at once. This way the traction loss is way lower and the safety options on the NMM are second to none. As you had stated before, "KNOWLEDGE" is key.

RE: How big of a shot?
in THAT, it is the prolonged danger.....now, if they have money down the road for another engine...then no biggy.

and this IS a neon engine........they dont last THAT long with that kind of power added over time.

besides.....nitrous is the cheap way to win a race. FUN, but cheating....DIFFENATLY FFFFFFUUUUUUNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [sm=gears.gif][sm=nxsmile.gif]

He has been running the same ZEX 100 shot kit for 2 years and never had a problem. If you put the system together right you can use it for a long time. Keep up on the maintenance and have fun. It's cheeper than a turbo and a lot more fun to boot.
