Well the reason you have oil is because that tube is popping up and allowing oil to come in through that bad seal...there should be a gasket underneath each tube, check the one thats popping up to see if its ripped, or broken somehow...
You should be able to get to the tube seals by simply removing the valve cover...you shouldnt have to touch anything in the head itself, but dont quote me on that...
just unbolt the vavle cover.. there is 10 bolts i believe... but you have to take off the ignition coil first... and disconnect the neg terminal on the battery...you cannot f*** anything up under the valve cover unless you get dirt and such inside of it... but what you take the cover off i believe you need rtv sealant to act as a gasket...(not sure dont quote me on that yet) but when the valve cover is off just flip it over and look at the tube seals... the manual says to replace them when the cover is taken off anyway but i think it is just a suggestion...oh yeah you have to disconnect both pcv valve hoses too...the one on the right hand side of the engine unbolts out and i believe the other one in the back pulls out...(fyi the one in the back may be covered in crap so use gloves .. unless you dont mind getting really greasy) i dont believe im forgetting anything else...
here is pretty good timing belt write up
