No, the advertised CRANK horsepower for an SE/SXT is 132HP, but the actual WHP is around 110whp...now an R/T stock dyno's between 130whp-135whp...
Every and all car companies advertise the highest possible HP rating, which is the HP/TQ at the crank...the only exception to this rule is for the SRT-4 ACR, which are advertised as having 230 Crank HP but dyno STOCK at 220-230whp...
