yup, nice ride , all that is needed is tint and a lower. but i know what its like as a teenager paying for insurance, making the payments, and GAS[:@] , it was hell for me saving up to a cam and gear set , which by the way only helps slightly in making the operation a lil smoother.
Well probably the reason that only one size of tire fits is because when the change rims to a larger size they fit a lower profile tire so that you have the same outer diamter as stock so your speedometer works properly. Because of this, the wheel gap will be identical to stock until you lower it.
Could just be an optical illusion with the different proportions of the wheels. If your speedometer is still right, then the tires are the same size, so the gap is the same.
Yeah the gap would stay the same since the stock struts/springs are still "holding" the same weight as before and the overall diameter of the tire is still the same, or pretty close to it...but the actual height of the car is raised...
