yes it is i have a friend who had it done i think all he had to do was redrill a few holes or make them a lil bigger to bolt up nothing major though a ten yr old could do it
I dont see why would need to redrill holes, unless the strut bar is defective somehow, but for the front one i've heard of clarance issues b/c the SRT-4 hood is slightly highers than the stocker (because of the "functional hoodscoop"). The suspension has the same mounting pattern, so it should bolt straight up to the front tower mount (and rear).
