hey all.

I have an 02 neon SE 2.0,, currently selling it but I was wondering if anyone could tell me why the hell the motor vibrates so bad! its done it ever since the wife bought a few years ago.. i was just curious if anyone else has had the same problem. Itll vibrate during idle,, all the way through the gearsand during normal highway driving.. kinda feels like someone welded a weight on one side of the damper. thanks!

 

How many miles on it? it could be a broken motor mount.....I just recently had to have both of mine replaced. The rear one was completely broken and the front one was just cracked. If it has been through any kind of rough or harder than easy street driving then there is a good chance it could be the mounts, a local mechanic should be able to take a quick look at them and tell you in about two minutes how they are.....hope it helps.

 

i got the same problem on mine man. but i ony feel it when im at a stop sign for a while. check the motor mount man.

 

Mine does it when the A/C is on...
