Chill Factory is out of business i think...as for the Hahns, its not how much the kit can put out, its how much your engine can handle. The Hahn turbo kit could easily be tuned to put out 250whp, 270wtq...but your engine will blow with those kind of numbers.

8psi is what I'd run, around 200whp. Same if you went nitrous, nothing more than 200 whp and you start to really wear down the internal components pretty fast.

Plastic shouldn't be an issuse it would probabley take 30 psi to be quite honest as long as the seal didn't break but I would NEVER try it.

The top end is the least of your worries, your much more likely to fry something in the bottom end of your motor...if you have the $1,200 for a bottom end performance build kit (from MP), i would buy that first. As for a daily driver, my car is going to be a daily driver and i'm starting at 5psi becauser the SRT wastegate keeps the boost at 5psi...after a month or two, i'll buy a new boost controller and push it to 8psi or so...i wouldnt go beyond that, simply because i dont want to push my luck. But for example, 10psi on a SXT with the SRT setup gave 220whp/244wtq...now the whp is well within the safe zone, however, the wtq is very close to the popping point of the motor (it should be noted that this person has had no problems that i'm aware of on 10psi).
