i was going to use jack stands anyway.. i just never thought cinderblocks to be brittle and crumble.. but i guess when you consider the weight of a car put on one spot can put a lot of stress on one support.. thanks for the concern

 

Yeah I always thought of cinder blocks as a good substitute for jackstands too. Never again.
