i think i might sell my car im soo sick of paying bull**** money for a 4 door automatic ****in 130 hp car i know kids that are paying what im paying for like bmws and **** its soo gay i hate insurance[:@]
Your also like 17.....which is still a bit high....but if you have a car loan....your required to pay for full coverage....and since your a younger male....your going to get hammered. The fact you drive a Neon only makes it worse because of it's classification.
I've never paid more then $215 for car insurance per month EVER. Since 2001, I've had a 96 Z26 Beretta, 2000 Sport Dakota, 2001 Motorsports Edition Dakota, and my current 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T. The most I paid for insurance in that time was $201....and that was on the Beretta....
no im clean i've never got a ticket the whole time i've had my license
Its not dependent on whether your license is clean or not...that obviously has something to do with it. It has to do with age, your credit, vehicle, driving record, how much you drive a year, etc. Shop around with insurance too...I had people quoting me anywhere from around 700 to 1600 for six months full coverage on my neon. Now...I have 2 tickets within the last three years, which is how far they go back. Hate to break it to you, but you're insurance really isn't going to go down a lot until you get older. There is too many statistics backing up that your age group is more likely to be involved in an accident, so therefore your insurance premiums will be higher. Mine is about 125/mth to insure full coverage, but I'm also 25 and my credit is good. And just for ****s and giggles when I was getting insurance I had my agent give me a quote to insure my dad with my car and it worked out to around 90/mth to insure him which he is in his 50s with excellent credit and a clean driving record I do believe. So considering I have two tickets on my record at the moment I'm doing pretty well. So go ahead and get the BMW, your insurance will probably be what you're paying for the car and insurance combined.
Wow and i thought i had it bad with my $120 a month...oddly enough i got a speeding ticket in July (at the time paying $140/month), then my insurance went down $20 a month in August...wierd eh?
