I would like to know if this engine would be able to sustain a Supercharger or Turbo if i was to build up the Top and Bottom ends??? Or would it just be more reasonable to do a SRT4 swap???

Ditto. All the information has been covered before many many times, we even have a stickied turbo thread at the top. If your looking for specific information on either the SRT-4 swap or SRT-4 turbo "conversion" we'll be glad to help, but all the basic stuff is here for the taking.
