Default Problem with my inmobilizer! HELPP!

Hi, im new in this of the forums.. and i think the best way is talk with the masters..! jeje

Hi.. i have a little trouble... i buy a "Dodge Neon SXT 2005" with a computer problems...
i change the computer and the car starts normaly, but turn off in a few seconds (estimated 3 seconds)

someone say me its the inmobilizer and the computer dont have the same VIN CODE number.. i want to now if its possible reedit or reprogram the vin number for the inmobilizer.. and create a new key..

ill was reading all in the web that is possible in hondas, mitsubishi. and other cars. but not especialy in Dodge Neon. im really scared.. other people say that i need to change the sentry key systems (ecu, inmobilizer, cilinder, key.. and other things) but i think that will be expensive.. only the computer cost to me 200$$... :S

can you help me master, what i need to do?, or what i have to do!
i read that is possible buy a ORB2 Cable for computer (or something like that)/. run a computer program for modificate and change some aspects for the inmobilizer vin codes.. :S..

Please help me.. what i have to do?.. or what i need!.. buy that cable and reprogram with some application (but what application i need to use?).

Thanks for you collaboration, Thanks
Oscar

i would say that it is probably like you said. the imobilizer. go to your local dealership and ask them if they can reflash your skim unit to the vin numbers will match and you can start your car. you will probably have to tow it there though, but ask them before bringing it
