thats sounds great! I want to be prepared with everthing. So will i need to buy extra bolts and the clamp, or can i use the stock ones? thanks.
The stock ones should still work just fine....Jsut make sure to use new gaskets, but they should have come with the headers.

yeah the gaskets came with the headers. My friends say they would help me install the headers if i throw a bbq, they would bring all their tools since i dont have much, so i accepted. Its going to be like 10 hands installing this header, lol. Majority of them are all drifters with their 240's, but i know they can help even thought they make fun of me for having a neon, well not just a neon but a fwd car. But its all good, id rather pay a few bucks for a bbq and them helping than taking it to someone and end up paying much more.

that sounds like a good idea.

I'm prepping for my header install... header should be shipping soon (been on order for a while from howell) and I will be photographing the install. I might make a How2 thread for it so people like moobit arent lost

i got a kirk long tube header and it was pretty hard to install. I had to get it into that small spot and line it all up perfectly, it took about 3 tries. It took me like 5 or 6 hours because i had to extend the length of the 02 sensor so it was long enough to reach the hole and i also had to get a tube custom made from a muffler shop to make the header reach the rest of the exhaust. Luckily the space was only about 4 inches so the pipe only cost like 5$. And the rest i just clamped down and used the bolts that the header came with and i was done. One other thing i had to do was disconnect my muffler so i could have some play in my exhaust to make it fit perfectly. Im glad i did it myself because i learned alot and it saved me like 200$.
