You mean to tell me that the SRT-4 exhaust has no mufflers? It's just the cat back?

I'm running a mopar short ram intake. It gives the car a lot deeper sound and I picked up about 3 to 5 miles per gallon also and inproved throttle response. I run the nology plugs everyone is writing about I think they work great I could tell the differents right off and I run the denso iradium plugs as well. I would recommend the Borla exhaust hand down and as for the header short ones help at low to mid rpms and long ones at high rpms but either way ceramic coating is the way to go it holds the heat in the exhaust and help not to transfer heat else where, not to mention they last alot longer then the rest that aren't coated. If the out side diameter of the tire doesn't change then the ecu wouldn't need to be recalibrated for the new tire size. Big antisway bars are a need if you like to roll through the curves and may be a set of lowering springs.

Thats correct, it only has a single resonator in the midpipe...thats all.

I've been running the short ram for a 1 1/2 yrs and have never overheated the engine. The short ram comes with a heat shroud box stpping engine heat from getting to the filter to allow a cooler air charge to enter the engine. Like I said it also give the car a deep sound unlike the cai that go through the fender. It us a AFE filter and they are rechargeable and have a higher filteration then a KN filter if you take care of it!

Where did you get the SRI intake? I looked out at mopar's website and all I found was the CAI for the neon. And also with the SRI will you need a hood scoop?

Now for another question. Actually two. Hey, who said i could count?

Anyway, will the AEM CAI for the SRT-4 fit on the 2.0L? And will the SRT-4 exhaust fit on the 2.0L?

Also, with the bypass valve and injen's hydroguard, what is the likely hood of hydrolock?
The AEM intake for the SRT-4 is made for the turbo so it will not fit at all...AEM does make an intake for the 2.0. If you install the bypass valve it will effectively eliminate any and all gains you could have gotten from installing the CAI, its simply another bottleneck your adding into your intake system. The SRT-4 exhaust will fit on the 2.0, but if you only go with the rear section it will be very loud and raspy since our midpipe doesn have a resonator or a turbo to quiet it down any.
actually AEM does make a CAI for the 2.0 because i have one on my 01 R/T...you should be able to find them online.

i have a cai on my r/t. I have a question about it. If i took off the pipe that goes on after the throttle body and then into the intake manifold that came with the cai, do u think i could put back on the stock rubber tube and get a little colder air in? Also i think the stock rubber tube is actually larger on the inside than aem's aluminun tube they give u to replace it, so wouldnt that mean u could get more air in?

I got it from the dealer! They are pricey but if you put on a after market intake on a car with a warrenty the dealer will usually try to void the warrenty. The short ram is the cold air in the mopar catalog part#p5007833 they call it cai but it's not. CAI the filter goes out of the engine bay and a short ram stay inside the engine bay but the short ram has a heat sheild so more air and a cooler charge! It works great to me it was worth every penny!! You don't need a hood scoop for it.
