i HAVE A 2001 noen 2L LE and I have changed my intake to a short RAM and wish to make it faster but i'm kinda stuck with a budget...

I do have the SRT4 front Clip in mind for the near futur

Any help would be nice

Two words...Forced Induction.

 

A good 4 to 1 header, a cat back exhaust, and a cam. Maybe a turbo kit. A set of lowering springs, strut tower bars front and back, sway bars front and rear, if the ride is important to you.
