You can reach under it I believe. But I think when I originally did it I pulled the wheel well cover back a little bit. But I'm pretty sure you can reach from below.
Without removing any of the torx bit screws???

How did you get under the wheel well then???? I see torx screws attached to the fender...

Yea just un screw the 2 torx screws that are there and you can bend the wheel well out alittle..you can even see back there but i just felt around..Like i said it took me about 3 mins for each side..and some of that was unpacking it and testing the bulbs!

I got my off ebay also. All i did was take out the two screws and the two push pins out all pull the wheel well off. On mine there is an c shape clip holding the lens in just pull it out and pushed the side out that the clip was holding because the other side has an little hook shape piece to hold the other side in unhook the light put in a blue led and put them back in.

yea there are torx screws on the wheel well but they are not tight and you can manage then with a regular flathead if you are careful
