Yes you could...your looking at an additional $300-$600+ though depending on what kind of HID ballasts you go with and whether they are Xenon or Bi-Xenon. A lot of people use ballasts out of the Acura TL because they are fairly cheap used off of ebay and have a nice quality lighting pattern.
