Hello all. I just took my 02 SXT with 55k miles to the dealer and they are replacing my 3rd gear syncro under factory 7-70 warranty. If anyone is having grinding going into 3rd gear, get it looked at before the warranty expires. I also have to say that a set of SRT-4 coils and KYB's are a huge improvment over the stock setup. This also allows you to add a rear sway bar for better handling.
