If your going with a simple neon sxt conversion, you need pretty much the same as the SRT...

Headlights
Tailights
Front Fascia
Rear Fascia

The only difference I would believe is the SXT parts would be slightly cheaper

Check out junk yards for bumpers and front ends (maybe headlights and tail lights. I see atleast 7-8 neon 2nd gens there at every junk yard I go to (sadly every ONE of them has the parts I want removed) but they always have either front bumpers or rear bumpers.
