When the car is in 1st 2nd N and D gear it is moving realy good but it is not shifting it drives in the first gear .
The strange thing is that the car is moving even if you put the transmission in N and the R is dead .Oh yes one more thing TRACK OFF light is on on my cluster.

Let me get this right the car move forward in 1st and 2nd. The transmission will not up shift in drive? In N the car move forward? Are you shifting 1st and 2nd at the gear selecter? My best guess is it is time for a new transmission!! The car should never ever move in N!

If it stays in first it's probably a transmission issue.

But what on earth is Track off?

Umm.... learn to drive stick and get a five speed. That extra gear will help and mind you, the auto is a four speed. But 135k miles is more than enough for that tranny. Get a new one and dont fool with the old one. $200 with 40k is a great deal.
