New timing belt and gaskets @ 80,000 miles... 8,000miles on turbo with no problems.

That's really cheap considering it has a turbo set up and mods done.

I have to ask, what are u driving now, are u planning on getting something living in hawaii or what?

Welp, that is a freakin AWESOME deal for a car like that. I am also interested in what your going to be cruising in while in hawaii.

 

Well, right now i'm driving a mazda protege... 1.5l of fury!! haha Its got 4 doors and its automatic for the wife to drive.

No track here at the moment... They closed it in April. Oahu is the only island without a track now. Longs story on that, but in a nutshell... the lease on the land ran out and the owners did not want to sign again.

With that said, i'm in no rush for my project... I got the baby coming in a few months so my build will not be my priority. I'm gonna give myself a few years.

anyway it will consist of a built 2.0l DOHC, megasquirt, and a GT3071R. Once i'm done with the motor, i will find a shell to put it in. Hopefuly, the ugliest beat up first gen i can find. I met my goals with my second gen already, so on to a new higher goal. 350WHP!
