A Friend helping a Friend
My friend has a Silver 02 SXT the one where the spolier looks like an arc. Anyways she has a really bad vibration sound going on it sounds like someone welded her exhaust to the frame. The sound goes up and down with the revs but goes away when I was doin 80mph. She had her uncle look at it he said it was a bad motor mount. I'm not sure cause she never had a tune up her last oil change Walmart forgot to put oil in her car so rolled around for 2 weeks bone dry (Maybe she over exaggerated), also she never changed her trans fluids. I checked her alignment for her its was off mostly on the passengerside but I could'nt do it cuz your cars require sum special "Alignment Kit". Also she said she had a blowout on that side.
SO PLEASE PLEASE any suggestions will help.

well the oil thing is a lie. if she went 2 weeks bone dry it wouldnt be running right now, but to check a motor mount put the car in drive and hold the brake and use the gas slightly. have someone look at the engine FROM THE SIDE OF THE CAR ( jus in case no1 likes to get run over) and if the engine moves an excessive amount then you need new motor mounts. repeat in reverse.
what was off in the alignment camber, caster, or toe

Aight aight thanks I'll check out that driving i with the brake thing b4 she flips out. She b trippin when i double clutch to get her wip up a hill. It was the camber and caster that was off but I don't rember by how much it was long time ago when i checked it. The tires ahh dont' think so on that I thought botu it but like I said b4 the sounds comes from the engine so even in Neutral if I go up and down with the rpms so will the sound it wouldn't hurt to check out her tires tho cuz Im also hearing a rubbin sound. Damn I wish they aloud us to up load vids/ sounds.[:'(]

go to www.uploadhut.com and browse your computer for the file and upload it there and put the link to it in the forum.
Or if the movie is too big then try
www.megaupload.com and do the same.

you can put it up on streetfire.net lol its free and the video shouldnt be that big as for the caster being out and the camber what the hell did she hit lol but what kind of alignment rack did you use was it with the pretty blinking lights or the old school one because not that im doubting your abilities, but ive messed up calibrating the old school ones and it throws off the camber and caster but if they did forget to put oil in and ran it for a little bit, it might have ruined a bearing or something internally so she might be screwed. she might just have to drive it till it dies then again its weird that it goes away with speed thats usually an alignment thing.
