Default Rear break drums

I just got some nice new 17 in racing rims for my neon and I have already replaced the old rusty front rotors with slotted rotors and I have sanded and painted my front break calipers now I am trying to figer out what to do with my rusty old back break drums should I just replace them with new ones or get them sand blated and coated? any suggestions? Thanks

depends on the money you have, i would stay with drums, lighter and less rotating mass, but if you want it for the looks go with rotors.

isn't there an adapter that you have to use to do a swap from drums to rotors or am I mistaken???? I was thinking of doing that same thing but, was curious if you had to use some sort of an adapter.....

There is no adapter needed. You just need all the parts from a rear disc assembly.I.E Spindles,Rotors, backing plate,Calipers,pads,E-brake cables,I hope im not forgeting anything!Im sure if i did someone will let me know.
