Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with my 2000 neon. when i floor it the ac stops working and the engine's idle then gets stuck at a high rpm between shifts. I have to look for a "race" again so that i can floor it again and the ac will start working again and the engine's idle returns to normal. I'm guessing it has something to do with a pressure switch or something but if there's someone out there has had this problem too or knowes about it, pls let me know. thanks

 

Are you Racing W/ the A/C on???? and if so, get an underdrive pulley if your complaining of lack of performance while gunning it that should help.
