no he was a great driver he put cams in it and turbo parts on himself but we raced from a stop and a roll but on the stop he did a 2 step rev the car to the rev limiter keep it there for the boost and when the light changes go.

 

then you should have destroyed him from a stop.

 

ya idk that gto was quick but we pulled him a lil at start but we were actually pullin him through top end too

 

why spend that much money on an evo?? i like them and everything do not get me wrong, but with the money you save by buying a 00-04 neon, you could build a car that could hold its own against an evo, that would be more impressive than some rich kid, or some rich kids parents buying him an evo, take him witha 02 or03neon se, i already know of a neon that would take an evo anyway!!! and his car cost him ten grand to build, and is going to put 500 hp to the wheels........oh and he accually can drive his neon!! lol jk
