Wow, overlooking the fact that your newer at cars than an omish person, yes a 200 shot on a stock engine would likey end in a bad way. Most likely just new rings but maybe worse. I think the consensis around here is that 75 shot is what u need but if you want more accurate than that, tune the nitrous at the dyno and stop at around 180whp. That should be at the point where you really won't see much harm done to the engine frequently running nitrous. Of course it will wear down the engine at a faster rate but most street racing or hard driving will anyway.
