i just got a srt-4 rear view mirror from my friend and i want to put it into my 2000 neon. it has a harness with it. can i plug that in to somthing or should i just run my own wiring.

 

i think your talking about the little lights on it. i have that on my 04 and i never use them but if you want to hook it up i would run a wire through the ceiling and to the drivers side a pillar then put it in the accessories fuse

 

Yeah thats the wire that powers your "Cabin Map Lights"...you dont have to wire them up, I never use mine and forget they are even there most of the time.
