Those are "high/low"...the low beam is the projector and the "high beam" is the big standard halogen lamp you see next to it. The light quality is going to be pretty bad becuase they come with poor quality H1 bulbs...your best bet would be to buy these headlights then install a 6k HID kit fit for an H1 application...its not exactly "plug and play" because I think you have to modify the stock headlight plug to work, but it shouldnt be hard at all.

The high and low beam are plug and play. But you will need to wire up the three leds and the rings to your parking lights, what i did was connect them to the corner lights.

By the way, so you would need to buy an HID kit for a H1 application and not a 9007 application?

I've never looked at these in person, but I've always heard that the projectors used H1 bulbs while the halgoen "high beam" used the 9007 bulb...if this is true like I heard, then yes, you would buy the HID kit for an H1 application.

Please clarify something for me. If I ordered the plug and play lights mentioned in the above posts, it sounds like 2 bulbs are then needed for each headlight. One is the 9007 which my 02 Neon currently is using, and I would need to get a H1 bulb as mentioned. I don't want to use any type of HID kits, so if I use a Silverstar (9007 and H1) in each of the lights, any thoughts on how that might look and function with regard to the brightness of the lights. I currently have the stock headlights with the Silverstar bulbs, and I'm very pleased with them, the light output is great, and they look good.

Also, you mention that you need to splice the wire to get the LED's bulbs working, any suggestions on how best to do this? I've heard you could splice to either the parking light wire or the wire that controls the turn signal. My choice would be the parking light wire, then the LED's would be on with the parking lights. Again, details about splicing the wires (methods, stuff I would need, etc.) would be most appreciated. I don't want to short anything out, and I'm just looking for the best and easiest way to splice the wires, I'm guessing using wire nuts is too bulky.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

I have this projectors in my car. Look is very nice. Attention, are not compatible with HID Xenon Kit, require some professional modification to upgrade. H1 bulbs are short than H1 HID Xenon bulb. My neon year 2000 have H4 bulbs and the connector is different.

Lighting with those will most likely be crap. You'll be lucky to have better then stock lighting I would imagine. Post up some pictures richard...I'd be curious to see how they look on a car. FYI projectors alone cost a couple hundred dollars by themselves....so you know the saying. You get what you pay for.
