4 disc cd changer?

4 disc cd changer?
ok so i know this might sound like a dumb question but if i have the stock am/fm cassete radio can i just plug in the 4 disc changer and haev it work? found this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/98-01...QQcmdZViewItem

I was looking at these for awhile too... and yes, as mentioned, it will work with the stock radios, that's why they have the "disc up" and "disc down" buttons on the regular radio or even n the cassette players!
However....I don't see any mention of the connecting harness that goes between the radio and the 4 disc unit... that seems to be the part to find... I think it is plug and play IF you have that harness/connector. I'm guessing that's why that one went for as cheap as it did...I was watching one that had the connecting wires with it, and I gave up...it ended up going for like 70 to 80 bucks
