Why not? I have an ATX and I still plan on running a turbo....I was gonna run 10psi before building the tranny or swapping for a manual. Is 10 too much for the auto?

youve got to remember, your on stock internals, stock injectors, stock fuel system and stock computer. its going to do much more harm than good to push extra air in w/o the capabilities of getting more fuel in too. you should definately invest in a wideband to put right next to your boost gauge.
www.srteasy.com has some nice pod options over pillar pods. bottom line is on stock stuff youll run way too lean too easily and overboost what you got. you can put a pod on the left, right or both of the stock boost gauge:

I was planning on putting the wide band on there so it's all good. I realize that I will have stock internals but I am more concerned with the tranny. I know from many other posts that 10 psi is safe on stock internals and I can always build the engine up later for higher boost but I really don't want to grenade my transmission.
