Man, what the hell. I knew something was up with my care. It's NOT an SXT, it's just an sxt emblem on there. I looked at the title and it says 2002 NEON ES. God, I feel so short changed. It was a good deal, but I knew something was up when it said "V-Tech Tuned" on the side. I was like wtf?

Damn, does everything said still apply? I can still put 03-05 lights on it? Body kit?

 

yea you can still do it.....all the exterior parts should be the same

 

not to worry, the ES is basically an SXT, they just changed it up. just like the SE is now just the 'base' model.

anyhow, going to the lights, its a simple plug and play for both headlights and taillights. youll need both head/tails if you plan on swapping out both bumpers. and as for putting on the srt bumper, only issue is the washer fluid resivor (the sxt/es are too big and wont clear) so youll need to get the srt washerfluid resivor as its smaller

 

I'm 99.9% sure that your taillights will fit with the new body kit. The hood is what flamingpinhead said and I think the SRT-4 headlight are bigger to I heard.

 

Do I need to change out the bumper for me to install new lights?

Right now my right light is busted, and i'd rather get a head start on the new lights...but not sure if they'll fit.

 

there isnt any difference in the headlights that i have ever noticed. its jsut that the srt hood is more 'straight' at the front and the sxt has more of a V shape. it does line up differently on the front.
in short, you dont have to change to an 00-02 bumper to put the 03 headlights in, youll just have that extra space there. (for 00-02 lights on an 03 you would have to change the bumper). it would look goofy with the 02 bumper but i dont think 03 headlights would look too terrible on an 00/01 bumper.

 

If your car has the little grill going inbetween the headlights with the badge then you might be able to but will probaly lose the grill.
