ok heres the deal.. i bought a neon and the engine was already tore down as far as the head and all the timing stuff.. ok im not sure if they kept all the bolts in one place.. so im not sure i have all the bolts.. how would i go about finding out what size they are and how long they need to be and thread size? is there some kinda chart that tells you the bolts they use on that motor? cause if not.. i think im kinda screwed..

 

An FSM (Factory Service Manual) should have what your looking for...when I did a tear down on a 5.4 DOHC the Ford FSM had a listing in each section with bolt sizes, locations, torque specs/sequences, etc...not sure if the Neon FSM has the same thing though, but its a place to start.
