Thts not the stickies your getting through, thats the huge DF banner at the top and then a giant margin full of random adds and links. As for the stickies, I've tried to condense them as much as possible, but I dont want to have too much information in a single sticky. Really, the only other sticky I could get rid of is the "List of Sites That Carrys Aftermarke Parts For Neons" and put that link into the 2nd Gen FAQ...but I've tried that before and a more senior site moderator put it back in place...


I agree, the general for sale section is FAR from organized, but the question is, do we as Neon owners have enough things to sell that would make a dedicated "Neon Only" FS section worth it? Or should there just be a "Dodge Cars", "Dodge Trucks", "Dodge SRT", etc...FS sections?

I still think cars, trucks, etc. would be unorganized. We might not be selling things every 2 seconds but it's still a good idea since it's better organized.

 

The srt section has a lot.

 

I think it would be a good idea to have a "neons-only" for sale section. I got lucky finding the part i needed in this forum. I think it would be helpful having a for sale section for neons

 

yes because as soon as I start doing more mods then I could sell them here because I'll have alot of stuff after the kit to sell. Also if I'm not on here for a little bit I'm sorry. Don't have much time since my smaller big brother hogs the computer. I'll be on this forum till I die.

 

The problem is if we did it that way we would be adding 26 new sub sections site-wide...thats a pretty large addition, especially considering DF already has 107 sections and sub-sections. The idea for the FS board for the Cars, Trucks, SRT, etc... would be a good compromise in between the twoIMO. I know it would be even more convenient for us to have a "Dodge Neon Only" FS section, but I dont think thats the best thing for DF as a whole since it would add clutter, and might make it more difficult to navigate for new and even existing members. We dont want people coming onto here and thinking Dodge Forum is just about selling used parts and crap do we? I dont know, I'm just spit balling here though...

 

That makes sense. It also makes things harder to sell here though. I'd be suprised if anybody has sold anything here (I've always thought that to myself). I tried and wasn't even close to being successful.
