I have this intake (a.k.a. the K&N Typhoon) and it is great. The quality is amazing, and it looks terrific. Came with detailed instructions for install, a K&N filter and water-resistant cover, and all the parts needed that those crappy Ebay CAI's dont come with. You shouldnt pay anymore than $150 for this CAI through Ebay(without shipping).

K&N is good but I'm personally an AEM fan and Injen is good to. Can't go wrong with those three.

I also have the AEM CAI.
I haven't heard anything about that intake in particular but K&N is always good.

I like AEM because they have that nice blue one. I think the "big three" put out the same performance but like I said the AEM looks so nice.

I have one of these and with an NGC car (lower compression) it made no difference but looks and sounds nice. Longevity of the motor is expected to be down due to poorer filtration over stock.

While this will give an increase, it wont be anything significant. Any gains you "feel" (aka the butt dyno) are your imagination...with that said, its still an upgrade that should be done and is a great starting point. Plus, it looks way better then the stock air box and sounds cool too...
