The best short tube header is Borla (or the R/T header)...the second best would be the OBX header. The Mpx mid-length is a good header as long as you get the merge collector with it...but its a bit pricey for a mid-length header. PaceSetter is by far the worst...but its cheap, so many people go with them.

how much does the borla (or R/T header) cost? where can I find them?

and why did you say not to use the OBX downpipe that comes with the header in the pm you sent me?

The downpipe with the OBX just makes the car louder and doesn't improve the performance.
If you want the borla header, good luck finding one. They discontinued them.
The MPX mid length header is for the RTs.

Thats what it will sound like...

They have been discontinued for about six months now, but some places still sell them (Andy's Auto Sports is one of the places IIRC)and they can be found used...brand new they cost around $500.00. A used Magnum header will cost anywhere from $75-$150 and your basically getting a Borla header...

oh yeah i wouldn't want that lol. I will check out the magnum header and then maybe the OBX w/o the downpipe. If worst comes to worst, would the dealership be able to get me a magnum header even though they aren't made anymore?

I looked at andys auto sports for the header, but they didn't have it on there. In fact the pacesetter header is the only one listed

I would just try and find a used magnum header or just buy the OBX...
