Default Question about a PCM (not the Megasquirt)

I read somewhere on this site that the rev limiter on2000 Neon's is 6750 rpm's but can be raised to 8000 with an aftermarket PCM that will also get rid of the speed limiter. Can anyone give me the name of one of these or where I can get one? (I don't want a megasquirt PCM, they sound WAY too difficult for me)

The AFX Race PCM MT has a 7800 rpm limit.
The AFX Street PCM has a 7500 fuel cut off limit.

I have the AFX Race PCM. When I first installed my pcm, I had bolt-ons with no internal engine work. I took the car out for the first time with it on and took it to about 7300-7400 rpm. The car smelled funny afterwards. I wouldn't recommend taking the car up that high unless you have internal engine work done to your engine that can handle the high rpms.

In order to run a turbo with an AFX pcm, you would need to retard the ignition timing. I called Howell some time ago and they told me that.
