well i need a hand ASAP, my car is going to get tuned, and i have not had a map clamp on the car before, i NEED to know how to install it as soon as posible!!! any help PLEASE does it just piggy back off the map sensor??? or is it harder than that???

i got one used from someone on this site, and REALLY need a hand installing it

 

have you tried the company's website? they might have a how-to or something that might help you out...

 

what kind of map clamp is it????
if its a no-name off of ebay then you need to have a power, ground, and then the white wire goes to the signal wire on the sensor....just splice it in there

if its a hahnracecraft clamp, then you need a power and the signal wire.....and i think thats it

 

i am at work, buti am 95% sure it has three wires coming off it, so then does the power wire have to be ran on a switch or does it have to be wired right to the batery??? the rest i am hoping to figure out tonight??? any more help would be great!!! i think i got it from 03neonrt..ir i remember corectly..when he parted out his turbo kit....

 

i think that you need a power source that turns on when your car turns on... so something like your radio, or the ignition? or something of the sort....
