How do your remove the center console that has the radio and the A/C controls. I bought a bew on ebay to replace the one i have in my neon?

 

have both vents face down and pop them out. make sure they are facing down. if you just push them down one side will pop out and you ca just pull teh other side out.
2 screws where the vents were
pull out the hvac *****
take the bezel off, there are clips on the bottom be careful not to break them

 

here is a pic i made a while back... the location of the clips are 'estimated' and as spikey said be careful not to break them.

 

yea its pretty easy take off i had to take mine off to change my stereo. u shouldnt have any problem

Yea i got it off with out a problem. The only hard part was taking out the A/C *****. I replaced the grey one with a red pulled from a 2003 sxt. It looks really nice. Once i get my camera back ill take some pics of the so-called beast of my neon.
