Its quite proven that NGC does have an affect on a 03-05 Neons performance, its in the code, it changes A/Fr's depending on what it sees. What hasnt been proven is how great an affect this programming has on the 03-05 NGC Neon compared to the 00-02 SBEC controlled Neons. The 00-02 Neons use a traditional "pre-set" look up table to determine A/Fr's and other factors (such as spark timing, etc...). The NGC calculates the A/Fr's and spark timing in real time using a math based look up table. And there in lies the problem.

interesting....but why would they change it? is it more efficient? and is it possible to change or a big hassle and best left alone and just try to work around it, even though you necessarily can't i think..

Theres nothin you can really do though. dodge did what they did and obviously didnt bother to think of that stuff. I think they should have left it alone so u could squeez every bit of hp out of it till its dry.but..what can u do
