Tire Brands
I'm not sure exactly what it is. They do fine on the road, but they are loud for not being very good off road. I don't know if the previous owner was diligent about roatation so the slight uneven wear on the rear tires may not be the tires own fault.
My falkens on my '95 are much better on the road. In the little off road use they have seen they seemed to do fine there as well. They are also wearing perfectly evenly at 10,000 miles and one rotation.

They are great tires.. We have been through 2 sets.. First set got ruined by bad tie rods and wheel bearings.. This second set has about 25k on them and still looks good... Performs good on-road and off-road...
The ones that have 25k on them now still have about 65-70% tread left on them.. I will take some pictures tomorrow if you would like.. They outlasted pro-trash extreme all terrains he originally had.
Now running LT285/75/16 Hercules Trail Digger M/T's. Work great on and off road, but they do hum while driving around. Bought second hand so cant comment on wearing. Will definitely be purchasing a set new.
2005 jeep liberty- Goodyear wrangler at/d2 , size 245/70/16 about 53k miles and still have a few thousands left, good on pavement bad but stay away from any muddy terrain
98 dodge ram- Goodyear wrangler Authority 31/10.50/15 unknown mileage, couple years of use an abuse, still have plenty of tread for another 2 years, excellent traction on unpaved roads, some mud, sand and loose soils, happy happy with those tires, considering a set for the wife's liberty if i can't afford some Hankooks mt or Coopers stt
