was using mopar but recently switched to wix. both good filters and since i sell these i notice wix is becoming very popular with positive feedback from most customers. also use 5w30 valvoline HM coventional. although my oil pump is starting to go....

In my 87 D 100 & 5th ave with the 318 I use NAPA gold filters with Valvoline dino oil and the 96 1500 318 Mobil-1 filter with Mobil 1 oil.

Amsoil oil filter has never let me down or made me feel uncomfortable. Just expensive...$18 a pop.

I swear by the K&N filters. Never had a problem. Anything is better than FRAM in my opinion

Currently running a Mopar MO-090 filter, but as zman mentioned above, I plan on getting my hands on a Baldwin (B34 I believe?), just to see how well it performs. I've seen the cut-up of one, and I must say, it's pure quality through and through for roughly the same price of said Mopar
