Mobil 1 10w30 Full Synthetic.

It's what I use in my VWs/Audis as well.
In my opinion it's the best oil on the market. Hands down.

Mobil 1 Extended Performance Synthetic 10W30 I do notice a slight lifter tick when the motor is hot but only at idle, bump it even to 850 and it stops. Big difference in mileage. I went from 11.7 avg to 12.6, all things considered...that's covering the cost of the oil right there and then some. Now that's a big *** ram with 37s and 7 inches of lift and a 6450lb curb weight with half a tank.

Either Castrol GTX(Conventional) or Quaker State. I put 5W30 Castrol in for the Winter and have a jug of 10W30 Quaker State ready to go for the summer

Thanks, Just finished my oil change and did a minor road test but i went with Mobil 1 regular 10w 30 and the molar filter from wally. And wow just she idle good and just over all it run like a new engine. Now mind you the previous oil was toast and had a crappy filter etc... So it needed it. Will continue to test more Tons of great info in here.

Default 0 mile motor what oil should I run?

Just built and bored a motor has 0 miles high compression cammed motor I wanna run the best oil but will take ur option. Rather spend the extra money on good oil in the long run. Especially when I want to make horsepower.

Use a good dino oil for break-in. Change it at 500 miles, and run whatever you like.
