No job, no school, barely a social life. Truck doesn't get driven. lol

my truck doesnt get hotter after i cut it off.....

Mine has always done it, my 76 does it, my dad's 02 does it.


They do it, you just don't notice it.

Mine never has. And I start and stop my truck a lot when I'm working out of it

I was always under the impression that a vehicle will get hotter for a few minutes right after it's turned off, since the cooling system is no longer in play.

That's why if you overheat on the road you simply pull over and let it idle, not turn it off.....
